We want you to be happy with your purchase from Mumma & Bubba Ltd. If you change your mind or experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

14-Day Right to Cancel

If you purchase a product from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you must return the product to us within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Where you are returning a product because you have changed your mind, please take reasonable care of it while it is in your possession.

The product should be returned with its original packaging and any instructions or accessories supplied with it where reasonably possible.

You may inspect the product in the same way that you would reasonably be able to inspect it in a shop. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your Safety Clip arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and details of the problem. We may also ask you to provide photographs so that we can investigate the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will process the applicable refund.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel the entire order, we will also refund the standard delivery charge paid for delivery to you, where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery option.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We will process refunds within the timescales required by applicable UK consumer law.

Return Postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, provided we informed you of this before purchase.

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, misdescribed or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.

Product Safety

The Child Car Seat Safety Clip should only be used in accordance with the instructions and safety information supplied with the product.

Please inspect the product before each use. Do not use the Safety Clip if it appears damaged, cracked, excessively worn or otherwise unsuitable for safe use.

Please also continue to follow the instructions and safety requirements provided by the manufacturer of your child's car seat or restraint system.
